saw this article and thought about you. And yes, its from Governor Good Hair, so its got propaganda in the main page, but the linked report is actually a bit scary to read about this lady's predictions for the next 1-2 years or more of State budget woes.

And yes, I believe she was right in saying Texas was the best "by a mile".
Actually, if you take this lady's predictions as the gospel, almost everyone that can move will move to Texas and Virginia in the next few years.

And yes, this is partially just funny, but the predictions are actually pretty scary for anyone living in those states she lists on the "worst" list.
