UOAM Server should be more stable now ....

Sorry for the ups and downs recently on the PAS UOAM server.

I have it set up on one of my home computers, and it was on 24/7.

Up till about a month ago it worked pretty well, although every 2-3 weeks it seemed to reboot for no reason.

I tracked that down to the motherboard and /or processor overheating (it would shut down at 120 degrees, which is pretty hot).

So I put a fan blowing directly into the side of the opened computer, and it seemed to do ok for a few weeks, but eventually it just gave up, at 120 degrees again.

So I changed one of my other computers around that doesnt seem to have heat issues, and loaded it with UOAM server, and let's see how well it does.

Let me know if u have probs connecting. I will leave this one on 24/7 and have a fan blowing on it 24/7 as well ... so cross your fingers.

120 degrees C, heck isnt that a normal November day down there in Texas-land KD? You're computer must just not tolerate that Texas-sized weather :P

I thought he meant 120 F. 120 C is well past the boiling point of water...
