Greetings everyone,

Now that we have publish 100 out the door we are hard at work on Publish 101. As part of Publish 101 there is some exciting news that I am happy to share with everyone! We have decided to expand the new Castle designs to include Keeps as well! In the coming weeks, we will be wiping TC1 to give open spaces for you to build new castles and keeps. Once you finish everyone will be able vote to see which top designs they would like to have added to the classic houses available in the house placement tool. We will do this contest once per publish cycle so you guys can pick the future homes you would like to live in! Keep an eye on UO.com for more information on this exciting new feature!

We are targeting a September release for Publish 101. Among the wealth of content included in Publish 101, I'd like to share a tidbit about the 21st Anniversary gifts. To celebrate this milestone we have broken open the wine cellar and hope you help us toast to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Ultima Online!

In the meantime, I hope you all are enjoying summer. If you have not gotten your recipe from Yoki the Reward Giver in Britain Commons make sure you do, he will only last for a few more days.

Due to circumstances out of our control the Origin store had a glitch and the Ultima Online items are not being sold. They are working on it and hope to have it back up and running by the end of the week. Please keep your eyes on UO.com for any updates.

I am still hearing complaints about multiboxing, please know this is a bannable offense and we are working hard to combat the offenders. If you see someone that is multiboxing report them to a GM so that we may take appropriate action.

I am happy to also share we have filled the Lake Superior and the Oceania Event Moderator positions. I am still looking for Japanese Event Moderators for the following shards:
Wakoku
Hokuto
Izumo
Mizuho

If you would like to apply to be an Event Moderator please follow the steps in this post.

Vaults
We have been hard at work finalizing additional storage solutions available to Endless Journey and Veteran players alike. We are pleased to announce the new Vault system is now available for testing on TC1. We hope everyone will head over to TC1 and check out this new feature, as well as give us your feedback. Question & Answer Corner

1. Can we have a warning when using a soulstone to not lose skills that are inadvertently set to down.

Yes, we can add a warning letting you know x skill is marked to go down and that you will lose the skill if you complete the current action.

2. Can we have a vendor that does not charge by the hour?

Yes we can come up with an additional vendor that doesn't charge by the hour but instead takes up house storage and charges a commission percentage only when the item is sold. This type of vendor will be in addition to the original style of vendor.

3. Can we have the Void Pool records automatically displayed instead of waiting for an EM to do it?

This is a great idea, we can place a sign up above the dungeon entrance that will automatically update the records.

4. If I have a complaint about an Event Moderator who do I email?

Please do not email GMs they have nothing to do with the EM program, email Mesanna at Mesanna@broadsword.com and she will look into your complaint.

5. Can all closed accounts be reopened as an Endless Journey account?

No they cannot, old Trial accounts cannot be opened as an Endless Journey account. You will need to create a new Endless Journey account.

6. Why is there a fork in the Britain Vault?

1. If you have an account that was terminated by CS over a year ago and would like to have it back please contact support here and give them the details and identify the account as yours, depending on the termination we will remove the restriction from your account so you may open it again.

2. All Sovereigns purchased from Origin have to be entered on the Account Management page. You can not enter these in game. Please know that you can not unlink the account and link it to another account with Sovereigns on your accounts.

3. Anyone that is trying to reopen an account please make sure you send all the information to support@ultimaonline.com so we can have a record of this. In the original request to support if you do not know your secret word please ask for a hint. Give them all the information to identify the account as yours so there will not be a lot of delays.

7. Regarding Origin orders, codes, and third party resellers.

Recently some of the player base may have noticed that an Origin store purchase they have made did not arrive or complete as expected. A confirmation or code email has not been received and you are wondering what may have occurred with your order. The Origin store enacts reviews on all transactions to safeguard against fraudulent purchases, and these reviews may take up to 72 hours. Unfortunately our Billing department is not able to expedite or circumvent this process, however players who have questions or concerns regarding a store purchase can contact Origin support for assistance using the below link:

When prompted for a product, choose Origin. Next choose your platform, and select ‘Orders’ as the topic. You can further specify your issue in the subsequent fields before speaking with an agent.

We would also like to reiterate that the Origin store is the only guaranteed provider of codes for Ultima Online. The validity of a code purchased from a third-party seller (be it a friend, in-game acquaintance, or recommended site) cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, any codes we find to have be fraudulently obtained will be disabled and an account that applies any of these codes will have that code removed from said account. This can result in the loss of gametime, character slots, expansion access, Sovereigns (and the items purchased with them), in-game items and more. Please be advised that we cannot assist with any issues stemming from codes purchased via non-Origin means; you will be required to contact the vendor from which you purchased the code for further assistance.


PASSWORD ISSUES

To reset your password you must first understand which type of account you are resetting the password for. EA Accounts, Mythic Master Accounts, and Mythic Product Accounts all have separate individual passwords. All of which you can reset at your leisure at our Account Center at https://accounts.eamythic.com/. Unfortunately, Broadsword Support cannot assist with potential EA Account issues or passwords, please follow the steps below.

To reset your EA Account password:
* Please visit https://signin.ea.com/p/web/resetPassword
* At the EA.com page enter the email used to log into your EA Account to change its password.
* If you have not received your password or have received an error while trying to reset the password and you have disabled all spam filters, please contact EA Support here, https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/# ... latform=pc


CREDIT/DEBIT CARD UPDATE

To update your credit card information, please follow these steps:
Login to the Account Center (https://accounts.eamythic.com) with your EA Account email and its password
Select the 'Subscriptions' tab
Locate the account you would like to update the card for
Select the 'Subscribe' button
Select the billing cycle you would like to use and continue
When you get to the page asking which payment method you would like to use, instead of choosing to add a card, select the 'Manage Accounts' option in the top right corner of the page. This should load a new page that will contain your previous credit card information.
Find the card you wish to update and select the 'X' button
You can now re-enter your credit card with the updated information by using the 'Add a card' button.
