I just saw Grobu's fur selling for a quarter million gold. Can we not get it off of Grobu's corpse any longer?

Ya they drop every time.

They are good to turn in for a Sanctuary quest over and over and over and over and over again, to try and get a runic fletching kit.

Ah, good to know that the fur is at least worth something!

But is the reward for that quest any more likely to be a runic fletching kit than a reward for one of the easier Heartwood quests?

I don't think so, but Grobu spawns instantly, so it's real easy to farm him with a tamer or a sampire.

The trick is to lead away the other boss that spawns with him, and then just camp up where he spawns. You can kill him pretty quick too.
