Just reviewed the questions I normally asked when I was the one giving the interview, realized I am a butt to work for.
Then again I am reminded of the guy I interviewed, I kid you not true story, guy showed up stoned. Didn't know the companies name. Had to ask us what the job was. We drug that interview out just to see how bad it could get, and it got bad.
Then there was the guy who wasn't qualified, demanded more money than I made, then when told how much the job paid said he couldn't work for that and expected a negotiation so was shocked when I replied "I understand, let me show you out."
