If you go to Satyr's in Twisted Weald with one box with 20 GM Locked chests in it, you can get the Satyr to discord you and go all the way to 100 in Lockpicking. What you do is attack the satyr until it discords you, then Hide so it quits targeting you. Then follow the Satyr around (I click ALT and target the Satyr to auto follow it around) and you will stay discorded and you can continue to train the lockpicking, just cycle through the lockboxes you have over and over and you will reach 100 in no time.
