Carl since you are the leader of THB now I like you to post information for it. I suggest that the recruitment policy be that they are Treasure Hunters, with skills of Cartography and Lockpicking. Those with Fishing skills would also be consider to be Treasure Hunters. No need to worry about the PAS vent unless they decide to join PAS's events as well later.
