They stronger then the Mare, Unicorns, and the Ki. They are the mounts from the Vanguards, what you do is dismount the VG and then Lore the Dread, if its is well over 625 in hitpoints then its a fair catch, but anything less after being caught will show points well under 600.
One I gave KD lore out at 642 points, one I ride is 633. They take three slots so teaming with a two slotter like another mare, unicorn or Ki-rin could be an ass kicking teamup.
