Ah! It’s nice to return to UO. I’ve been preoccupied with real-life stuff for the past year, or so. I just haven’t had the time to play. I confess, I bought a PlayStation 3 and it has taken a lot of my game time.
For the past year and a half, I’ve been planning a cross-country road trip to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the 105th Harley-Davidson Anniversary. I recently returned home (Anchorage, Alaska) after an 8000 mile journey through Alaska, Canada, Montana, South Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa. I’ve included some photos of my trip.
I've got gobbs of photos so I will continue to post more. If you have a problem with the links, your browser settings might be getting in the way of their function.
These photos were taken at the “send-off” party at the local Harley Dealership in Anchorage.

These photos were taken on our first day of travel within Canada. We stopped at several small gas stations along the way. It was weird getting used to liters and kilometers. And the money; Loonies, Toonies I thought it was a joke at first, but Canadian $1 and $2 coins are called Loonies and Toonies.

Most of the way through Canada was miserable, wet and cold. But once in a while there were some small areas of beautiful weather and warm temps. We had several opportunities to see wildlife up-close.

These pictures were taken while I attended Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lots of entertainment and lots of people. Everything, including water, was expensive.
