A Runed Switch is used to recharge your Talisman.

You will need a GM Alchemist, Miner and Lumberjack plus a high level Tinker & Carpenter and a mid level Scribe to construct it.

A Carpenter makes the Runed Switch by utilizing parts made by other crafters. The minimum skill for a Carpenter to make one is 70. At GM level, a Carpenter has a 60% chance of success.

The Recipe for a Runed Switch is:
1) 2 Boards or Logs
2) 1 Enchanted Switch - Scribe
3) 1 Jeweled Filigree - Tinker
4) 1 Runed Prism - Scribe


The Recipes for the Parts

Enchanted Switch
A Scribe makes the Enchanted Switch. The minimum skill for a Scribe to make it is 45. At GM level, a Scribe has a 100% chance of success.

1) 1 Blank Scroll
2) 1 Switch - Lumberjack
3) 1 Black Pearl
4) 1 Spider's Silk


Jeweled Filigree
A Tinker makes the Jeweled Filigree. The minimum skill for a Tinker to make it is 70. At GM level, a Tinker has an 80% chance of success.

1) 2 Ingots
2) 1 Ruby
3) 1 Star Sapphire


Runed Prism
A Scribe makes the Runed Prism. The minimum skill for a Scribe to make it is 45. At GM level, the Scribe has a 100% chance of success.

1) 1 Blank Scroll
2) 1 Black Pearl
3) 1 Spider's Silk
4) 1 Hollow Prism* - Alchemist


*Hollow Prism
An Alchemist (glassblower) makes the Hollow Prism.
The minimum skill for an Alchemist to make it is 100.
At GM level, the Alchemist has a 50% chance of success.

1) 8 Sand - GM Miner

hardest part is the 8 sand, takes forever to dig up enough sand.

If there is a place to lock it down in the Crafter House.....oh, wait, Ciara said that the woman that can unlock it is in school now and unavailable most of the time to unlock that stuff......hmmm, I'll stock up on it and if I don't get it to Ciara to put it in a chest there, I will stock one of my houses with it and you can just holler at me when you need some. I'll make up these switches for anyone that needs some. Bear in mind, though, that you cannot recharge a talisman until it is completely used up (zero charges.) Please don't sell any I give to anyone.
