People's Army of Sonoma

When I did my transfer over from Catskill shard I had a old bugged level 5 tattered treasure map from ISH. I can recall bout 5 or 6 yr's or even longer I guess when ISH 1st came to UO, you could get these off the blood ele's, then it was fixed I had others on PAC shard as well but I had it locked down in my fel house and some guild mate came along and decoded it to a tram map. Does anyone have any clue about how much it maybe worth? Its a big time collectors item if anyone is looking to add something great to thier inventory.
