I was in Vent last night and it worked fine. I left my computer on over night and found this morning that vent had disconnected. I tried to reconnect and what seems to be happening is that it tries to connect to the PAS server but times out too quickly before it can connect.

NO changes have been made on my end and I'm not the only person this happened to today. HELP please! :/

Edit: I have Windows Vista btw, dunno if that makes a difference in any way to the solution but things on Vista machines get funky now and then. :/

It has to be something on their end...It is effecting too many of us to be some type of error on our own machines

Ok, Tesserak fixed my vent issue. Here's how.

The second line on the vent screen (server) - click the arrow to the right.

For host name or IP address, take the IP address # OUT and type in fluorine.typefrag.com

You'll have no more problem connecting.

OR you can change the last two digits of the IP address to 39 instead of 38.
