UO:9 Pre Order DELAYED from Shattered Crystal

Some of you may be shocked. Others of you will see a pattern. EA did not get enough copies of UO9 into the supply chain to meet the orders. So all resellers are experiencing order shortages and or delays. This is something that has happened with several of the previous versions of UO. The bad news is that we are experiencing both the delay and we are told that not all of our product will be shipped right away. The good news is that we ordered three times as many copies as we needed to fill all of the pre orders.

As of right now. We are expecting that we will be sending you the codes on Friday. If that changes we will let you know.

Our apologies for the delay. We did talk with EA today and even the official EA store was shorted by 400 copies that they had pre orders on. Thanks for understanding. Hopefully the next email from us will have your code.
