Trick or Treat ... Thanks to Peeps!!

As guests arrived, The Grim Reaper, who happened to be a close friend of Lady Dame Judi, handed out special Trick or Treat bags that contained many treats including a costume designed by The Grim Reaper himself. After the bags were handed out the party headed into the graveyard where the first game of the evening began with Mongbat Monster Slashing. The participants delighted with ooOOOoo’s and aahhh's as their scores were tallied with the help of Arsenik from Sosaria Live Radio. Not only did the highest two scores win big checks but every Mongbat Slasher received another treat for their efforts.

Following slashing the Mongbat dartboards the group was invited upstairs to the Smash and Bash for prizes event. One orange and one black chests was locked securely on the bar when mysteriously the chests were smashed open and out popped mounds of orange and black crates. Partygoers’ lineup to choose their color of crate and again mysteriously the crate chosen was bashed open revealing great prizes for them to take home. Ace of Diamonds and Treasure Monger delighted in handing over the treats to each player as they chose to bash or stash their crate.

With the finish of Smashing and Bashing for prizes the announcement was made that Lady Ally Cat would begin the Masquerade Costume Contest. There were just too many awesome costumes presented that in the end the judges struggled to choose the best in each category. So, without hesitation the party organizers agreed to award everyone not just the original 25K check for participating but added on 100K for each entry that did not receive a formal award.

After the awarding of checks it was time to unlock the secret teleporter to the roof where the pit of fire held the bones of many unknown spirits, Each bone container held more treats for the party players to grab but each one also held a box in which they would find either a skull candle or the ‘missing brain’. The finder of the brain had to choose whether to keep the brain and put it to good use or exchange it for a gold reward. The winner decided they had enough brains to spare so of course they chose the gold!

As the evening drew to a close it was time to announce the winners in the Fall O'Ween Home Decorating contest. The visiting judges from other shards put forth the following winner declaration...

The most outstanding decorated home in the Fall O'ween Home Deco Contest went to Mariel Rawenblade for the House of Boo entry winning a check for 2 Million gold.

In addition to the most outstanding decorated home, other awards were announced for:
First Place Fall Home Deco winner of 1 million gold went to Jessica - Shayla LaVeaux for the Autumn Retreat entry and the First Place Halloween Home Deco winner of 1 Million gold to Dor for the YMCA entry.

Following the announcement, the tour to the decorated homes began, but along the way the travelers were separated. However, the spirit of Hazel came by to say all was well with the missing group and bid everyone a good night.

The Sonoma Community Coalition is delighted that more than 40 participants had a fantastic time during the Trick or Treat … Smell the Peeps! merrymaking and thanks everyone who worked behind the scenes to bring this fun time event to our beloved Sonoma.
