Find a NPC Hairstylist and they will dye your beard ice white but I think the NPC charges 500k each time you dye it.

Yep, it's 500k for ice white hair.

You can find a hair stylist at Moonglow mage shop and Luna mage shop as well as pretty much any other mage shop.

I thought those hair kille errr dyers were located in alchemist shops? At least the ones in Vesper and Skara Brae are located in those shops. The one at Vesper is real easy to find...just n-w of the bank there about 10 tiles.

Yeah, it's alchemist shops. I don't pay that close attention, I guess if I see them in robes then I assume they are mages, hehe.
