I came in late. What is EM Willow saying about the reports?

The only thing I heard about reports is that you can turn in books to his mailbox giving a role-playing style report on any event you are at, and he will give you extra points. Next week, since he will be gone, there is going to be a so-called oracle event which involves talking to NPCs who drop hints about who to talk to next, until you get the whole story. Writing a report on this event will be the only way to get points. Normally you get points for showing up on time to events, and extra points for wearing the shard color, which is red.

Never hard of points before? Neither had anybody else, it seems. But he's been giving them out for months. It was a little vague whether you get actual items for them or just rank, but it's every six months.
