I am giving pas member first shot to anyone that wants the house and has 10k of honor in the new newest version of uo for 25 mil the house is already slightly worn so if you want it the house is public and its unfurnished at this point.

the house is 18x18 three stories and its open to the public but it might crumble tomorrow morning based on the titles of how worn it is so if you want it contact me on icq at 461801378, thanks.

Not to sound mean or anything but why would someone pay 25 million for a house when they can wait till tomorrow or whenever it collapses and place their own for a fraction of the cost? Also I have been wandering around Ter Mur and I have seen plenty of spots still open to place large houses.
