Just a drive-by hello!

Just wanted to say hello and I miss you guys. I have been wanting to come back for a while now but cannot afford it just yet. I have had to quit all my pay to play games for several months now. Started playing a so called free to play game called Runes of Magic but even there you have to pay to get the limited time only great gear...lol...they get ya coming or going but they get ya...lol

Maybe after the beginning of the year I can afford to start one of my old accounts up. I really miss UO and PAS most of all. I have not found the kind of community UO and PAS offer in any other game. Hope to see you all soon....

Actually you're one of the people I remember from fairly early on in my PAS career as you shared you method for killing Miasma after she spanked my tamer and his hiryu. I just went back and read that thread after seeing this post and it's funny how perspective changes. You told how you killed her with a dexer and I was amazed as I just assumed--operating on my knowledge of UO from 1999--that it would take a tamer or maybe a mage. Now my sampire can kill her unattended while I yack with my PAS friends...

Anyway, if you want to play again then I hope it works out for you. I've never actually seen you in game so that would be fun.

Ya Miasma was my hangout spot, I miss kicking her ass, I also let a keep fall that had nothing but unopened miasma chests in it...at least I think it has fallen, since I have not had active account in nearly a year i think...lol

Thank you guys for saying hi! My wife and I hope to have our affairs in order by the first of the year or soon thereafter. This year has been a rough one but has taught us to be more responsible. So it was a good year so far over all...

Every other game I have played this last year, mostly Aion(for the last two years almost) and Runes of Magic, have taught me that sometimes it is better to not try and fix something that aint broke...LOL...I should have just stayed with UO because every game I played fell short when compared to it...The others have prettier graphics, larger worlds and more content but even with all of that they just don't compare....This is mostly because of you guys...not just the game but the people...

It is KD you haave to watch for the errant flamestrike or two...Ciara is more likely to shoot you with an arrow or crossbow bolt...LOL
