Housing in the ocean?

Anyone sailing around seen this before and have any idea what the heck it is doing in the middle of the ocean?

I think I have seen that one before. It's one of many many such oddities out in the water. My theory on that one and others made from walls or fences is that there is a glitched spot there where people would get stuck or lost or something, and when unable to fix the spot they just blocked it off. I do know of glitched spots like that existing in the past and when I played before I even remember running across one that had warning signs to stay away--thus why I have this theory.

If you sail to the very corner of the world (any corner, since the UO world is a torus and all corners meet at the same spot) there is a small wooden platform with a bunch of pets stuck on it, and a white gate which will take you out of there. I think I have a screenshot somewhere...

Well, I found it, but I can't connect to my webspace to post it for some reason. Oh well.

I used to have a rune out there. That gate used to take you to some guys house next to a cemetery I forget his name and the place. It was a long time ago lol.
