Talk about anything that's clean.

I recently began a 14 day trial account, because my son has had no luck remembering old passwords, shame my old account is 12 years old... anyway...
I identify here with those old characters and so I will be rebuilding them as best I can. As I did before, I started with silvermane. She was a dexxer paly
120 swords, tactics, anatomy and healing. Paladin has changed and so I am undecided what she will grow into this time...
I have been training as i use to. am about 80 in all my main skills. And so last night when the raiders were out, i was at brit bank when i saw PAS in the distance.... yay!!!! Tuatha Dane was the name I think. Tamer.
I introduced myself, by telling her to ask who silvermane was. And then later by saying I was Almond Joy (once 120 tame, vet, mage)
She took time away to bring me a full set of rune books, which I know is what PAS is supposed to do but... well she did it, with trust. And I just wanted to say thank you for welcoming an old vet back home.
Now to find someone to invite me to guild.....
So close, no matter how far. Couldn't be much more from the heart. Forever, trust in who we are. And nothing else matters

I know some of you know me, or know of me. But perhaps a better introduction is due. when UOR came out, my son needed a credit card to pay his account. Smart lad that he was, he decided to addict me to the game. Soon after real life stole his computer time in the form of a girl friend, and since i paid it... i appropriated his account.
I was a complete noob to computers, had no clue even how to pick things up or interact with the world. I stood dead outside the healers door for an hour because i could not open the door....
oh and i had AOL as connection, dropped me all the time... i once died to a chicken cuz i could not reconnect.
Tram was so crowded then. you couldnt fart without offending fifty people... couldnt find mobs to kill, people training huge groups of mobs on you... it was a nightmare. So... I moved to fel. In time i got tired of being ganked though so figured i ought to learn to pvp. i joined a fel guild a while, but did not agree with the anarchy approach that happens when you let in absolutely anyone... eventually someone told me i needed to meet KD, cuz i sounded just like him.
My first PAS was Shawnsa, in fact there was a time that was the only name i was known by. GM miner smith, but also fencing, anatomy and heal. She became Elder of PAS very quickly. And then guild Emmisary, spokeswoman and negotiator with other friendly guilds. Event coordinator.
When i made AJ, I was the only PAS Tamer if you can believe it lol. But i found magery useful as an event leader and so she became my guild main and then in time the third GM of PAS... which was as Dara always said a bit like herding a group of cats... but worth the effort.
Silvermane went on to YAD and factions, YAD met its goal of wrenching control of factions from the hands of those who held monopoly on it. And then she joined with GTH.
UO kinda burned out for me, i felt tired, and so I moved on first to FFXI and then to WoW with GTH.
Im back now because i had a fit of nostalgia, and then learned i could have 14 days free even if i decided not to stay. I think i remember now why i stayed so long....
an invite to guild would be nice, think i need a new icq, i can remember the old number just not the password rofl

Milady AJ,
I don't know if we ever met or not. Maddwg isn't a member of PAS and I don't think Vin Decatur existed when you were playing. But, I definetly remember you. DragonSnack and I probably accompanied PAS on events that you were part of. KD always had a soft spot for idiots and Chalnoth follows suit, so I'm allowed to blabber on, ad nauseum, around here.
Welcome back!
I quit in 2008 and just came back in February.
The biggest change since I left is the lack of people in Fel.
I don't think we could do a King-of-the-Hill because we would be the only people there.
Every now and then a few WAKA and friends try to raid us. Seldom.
PAS meets at NJ every night except Friday night. Chalnoth is there almost every weekday night. I think the one night he missed was the night you were with PAS. Show back up and I am certain he will guild you.
Feel free to ask for any assistance you need to redevelope your characters. if I can't help, PAS surely can.

I remember AJ, She was the Guild Mistress when I joined. Had a great time playing with her at the head.

Nice to see another returning player! Make sure you try calling customer support if you can't remember your password. They're ususally pretty good about restoring accounts to their owners.
If you continue to play, I have something that might be of interest to you, at least sentimentally. A Serpent's Fang Blessed for Lord Gunga Thorn. If that is the Gunga you're referring to in your posts, I'd be happy to give it to you.
Safe Journeys,
