I read that we should get a rune in our backpack and another in our bank when we launch a Tokuno ship.

Yesterday I launched one and did not see a rune in either place (nor any keys). When I launch the small boats, I always get a key in my backpack, so that's working right for me.

Is this a bug on my ship? Is there another way to recall to the ship if I leave it in the ocean?

I know you can mark runes on your ship. I haven't used them enough to know if not getting a rune is normal.

you can also purchase a ship rune at the docks
(just in case you ever place one and recall out without marking a rune)
