Hi All,
If anyone is looking to place a Stone Keep, there is a spot North of Minoc. I marked a rune to the location and left it in the PS Chest at Crafters.

I have about eight such runes marked with the rune location being exactly under the house sig. If anyone needs one just let me know. I have both tram and fel.
