Well, pfft, now I have to make room for arms lore on my crafter. I guess mining is getting the boot to another character.
Since my fletcher is on another char as well, if the arms lore boosts fletching then I might have to raise it twice, or kick two skills from my crafter and move fletching on my main crafter.
hehe trying to think if arms lore is one of the useless scrolls of alcracity I got recently.

Sheesh... Now I have to fit Arms Lore on My blacksmith.. What a pain in the hind end. I guess it is a skill they had to bring back. What a pain.

*Decides to pray tonight that no such Inequity should be levied us*
I forgot about that skill.. Please no.. Then to have to enhance it and Arms lore. What a waste of skills.. Wonder if Arms lore is going to up properties on enhancing also. That might make it worth the hassle also.
I think we should start a UO lobby group to get Item ID totally taken from the Skill list so they do not even think of it anymore

they keep promising to up the Blacksmith skill.. Bet Arm lore will up leather armor to though.. So leather will probably remain the better armor. Not sure how Leather beats steel, but in this game it seems so

Dang, gonna have to get lore on my smith now..........Lucky my smith is such a hodgepodge of skills it should be no problem........
+25 to the resists on crafted armor will go WAY forward to helping crafters become viable again....woot!
Oh wait, its +5 resist randomly distributed across the item, big whoop.

In perhaps a hasty response to the armslore dilema at hand. I've gotta boot a crafting skill and now I'm looking for both a ring and bracelet with +15 magery and +10 music or higher. Well wait lemme see how much it could vary. Well I guess my totals for both items would be
Magery/Music 30/20
Magery/Music 20/30
This making any sense? I'm pretty sure I can adjust my skill ranges to make a total of 85 magery and 45 music. I dunno what I'm saying anymore. Well whatnot, lemme know what you got if you wanna sell it. Thanks!

Snow,
I can't remember all the numbers .... but the Alchemist Bauble has +Magery ....magery spell books have mods with +magery & others .... also checkout things like Spellwoven Britches, Songwoven Mantle .... and there's a talisman for most skills ... I think there might be one for peace/music maybe even a hat with skill points?
Just a few quick ideas.

Snow,
I assume since we talking about crafting that you need the 45 music to make instruments. If so, you don't need the 45 skill points constantly, so it really wouldn't matter if you found jewelry with both magic and music. I have +music jewelry that I put on only when I need to make an instrument. So, I have jewelry +15 each with jewelry and a singing axe +10 music, so I get +40 music skill just from items, so only use 5 skill points for music. I am going to get song woven mantle for additional +skill to music so don't need any skill points. As far as magery, same goes, keep any jewelry with +magery and use them and a +mager spellbook to get me where I want to be.
That the beauty of a crafter, they don't need all their skill points at the same time to be usefull, so can change jewelry as needed to get what you want. When not making instruments I actually use +strength jewelry so my crafter can carry 500 stones.

God thanks. Like I said...perhaps a bit hasty. I was going to have a flipping stroke. *Calms down* Ok, I'm relaxed now. Good points everyone, I think I'll be fine.
