i removed all my alts from pas

i want to b removed from all pas houses for my protection. i cant do what i need to do to be a good member of pas.so im out and im sorry to those i bothered .

kelvin someone told me u were mad because u said something in alliance chat and no one responded. If thats true, heres my response.

Sheesh, wanna know why no one responded? We were all doing the PAS event, a fel Champ Spawn, one where its very tense and we are always on our toes ingame watching for enemy raiders.

I saw some alliance messages go by, and u know what? I prob catch 1 of 20 or 30 that go by, and so does everyone else.

The events are clearly posted here, on our calendar, and we always meet in the same place, same time each night .... theres no excuse for saying "theres nothing to do", or "Im bored and there wasnt anything going on.

All new PAS have my icq ... Im on a LOT, and I always reply to every icq, although sometimes its late because I was in RL working, etc. I give every new PAS a rune to NJ bank where we meet.

When u say something like u posted here, and when its reported by other PAS as u saying "no one plays with me", then I feel obligated to point out that YOU chose not to go to PAS events, PAS never chose not to go with you.

We do at least one event every single night, and if u get on hidden tavern u will find the UOAM and ventrilo servers, where u can talk to and find other PAS very easily.

If u didnt have access there, again a quick icq to me asking about that is all it takes, or post here to ask questions.

Now after all this, if u meant something different, then just icq me at 137449336 and we can talk. It sounds like theres nothing any of us could have done to help though. So in that case, safe journeys, but please refrain from blaming PAS if u dont take the time to find other PAS to do things with or get help with something.

PAS event time is the absolute worst time to get help, cause we have a guild event going on.

We should have a sticky somewhere for new members to read on how to and where to post grips so we can at least have a chance to set them right. Or know what went wrong.. Just quitting because of one thing or even several things without at least a chance to set it straight, is not really fair.

Having to back pedal and solve the problem just makes things to complicated. Allowing something to simmer is just as bad.. We need guild counselors or something.

Just thinking a group of peeps to just listen and try to do what is right to fix the problem. Sometimes that may be nothing. At the least, just a group of guild elders to listen and put the issue through the proper channels, or give possible solutions to what is not going correctly. Be preemptive (sorry if I spelled that wrong) other than reacative. Doubt we could start anything worse than OSI GM's

If people who have issues talk to KD or other elders etc before removing all their charecters from PAS, or post whatever they do, it goes a long way.

Depends on the human behind the keyboard on what actions they take when offended. Some leave, some work it out, some don't get offended.

As it is there are too many counselors in RL and it's not a fix for life as it revolves around us.

I consider it a non-issue, may he who left PAS have a good time, no hard feelings.

ive had a lot of fun with pas. that about u guys being busy i understand. i aint mad at anyone[ well not in pas] i just dont get to do as much as i feel i need to b a good pas member.ive made some really good friends in pas.i hope pas will always b the greatest guild in uo.im trin to work out my rl problems. so mayb i can come back and do some good for pas. now if not for the pas family how would i get to do most of the peerless or doom.so ladys and gentlemen and the rest of u. i love being in pasand i know that some of the cs yall do is hard and u cant stop to read. but like i said i aint mad at anyone in pas. im hopening to get back with and work my stealth archer with some of the pvpers.

Irwin, any PAS should feel comfortable talking to any other PAS about any issues they have ... we have never discouraged that, and its easy for PAS members, even new ones, to tell the rank of the other PAS.

Kelvin, glad to hear that, still not sure what triggered this, maybe we can talk in icq though? Im headed to Dallas for a one day and night trip this afternoon (Sunday), but Ill be at Gauntlet from 9-3 today with the PAS 6 hrs of gauntlet trip ... and Ill be happy to talk in icq with u about this or anything else.

As for RL stuff, yep, we all have varying versions of that, and remember one of our mottos is "RL first", and we mean it. PAS and UO are fun, but they should never come before RL things that are important.

Hey Kelvin

I never got to know ya, but that's because I play odd hours and can be antisocial some days after work at 9am, which is when I play. I can assure you however, that even if you can't do everything you want to with or for PAS, it doesn't make you less of a valued member in anyone's eyes. Play when you can and join in whatever activities you're comfortable with. Definitely speak to KD. He's awesome. (Just don't tell him that or he'll get a big ego and Queen Kyra might hafta kill da King a time or ten to deflate the ego again. haha)

Hope you feel comfortable coming back to PAS soon, but if not, we will wish you the best of luck, both ingame and always.
