Please, if anybody has a phone number where I can talk to a real person from EA I need it ASAP. I spent half the night last night trying to get a real person on the phone and no matter what options I hit they all seem to be dead ends. This is very important, please if you have some secret number or know a way to get a real person please tell me. Thanks.

Plato, I'm aware what happened. You could also try e-mailing them with an explanation. Follow the steps Malachai suggested to contact them by phone. We sure hope you can get this resolved to your satisfaction.
