Does anyone actually use the Ankh Necklaces?

I have known a few that will use them from time to time, 2 most common times are right before doing an intense peerless where every bit of mana regen helps. Other time seen in use is right before going into fel to get every advantage possible no matter how small.

not really, it was a buzz when it first came out, but today I hardly think about it, its like the luck statue, I keep forgetting to hit it on the way out.

every time I will do a champ spawn or solo a peerless.. I hit a shrine every time. Each character of mine uses one.
