Ok, so I want to add some chiv to my tamer/mage/spellweaver so I can get rid of mortal wound when fighting the creatures that do that...so minimum skill is 5 to cast it...I figured I would probably need around 25 or 30 to cast without fail...I am up to 41.9 and still fail about 30% of the time...I have over 8x the min skill and still fail?...how does this make sense?

For chivalry the chance for 100% chance is 50 pts above minimum. So remove curse chance for 100% is 55, at 41.9 and you have a 76% chance at success.

you could do the impossible task of using a pile of remove curse talismans... painful

Might not be tooo bad if you only expect to use it every so often.
Maybe in KR/SA you can setup a quick tali exchange macro? I'll defer to Ash on that.
