Thats a mounted Pixie. It was originally a deeded item that came from the Evil Furniture Collection. This item in your pic is from the Primevil Lich Spawn. When they implemented the system with that spawn, someone forgot to include a label for that item. So it never shows a name. But it is a legit item, and the price seems about right, maybe a little high. I would not buy it for that much simply because you could basically get it a lot cheaper if you buy the deeded form instead.

Ahh ok. I had one of those mounted pixies awhile back, but I don't remember it looking quite like that, but that's not saying much
