How do I set up a macro for Bandage Self? (Once again, I can't remember.)

Are you playing in the classic or the enhanced client?

if in the classic you would go into options, macro tab and you will find it at the bottom of the actions drop down menu:



If using enhanced client you can simply drag your bandages to a hotbar slot then right click on it and choose target self:

Hi Damien! I use the Classic version. That is how I thought it worked but I can't get it to work. I have F5 as the key and the just BandageSelf as the first and only action but it isn't doing anything. Weird. I'm doing something wrong.

Double check your macros and make sure no others are bound to F5.

Also, Maldar, I think you have to actually double click a stack of bandages to get it started. Try that and see if it helps. So, play the macro, then double click the bandages you want to use , then heal self, then try macro again and see if that helps. Hope so.

Well, heck. I made certain nothing else was on F5 (I only have 3 macros at the moment) and I put all of my bandaid stacks into one stack (thinking the macro couldn't use one out of several) and I tried clicking the aids (it just wanted me to target like normal when I tried that and wouldn't work when I tried to macro the next time.) I used to have this macro......I just can't remember how. Is the only action "BandaidSelf", or is there another action required, too?

That should be the only action required...if you are using UOAssist then try hitting the count resources button...other than that I don't know what else might be wrong....I play in enhanced client myself so wouldn't know if they broke that macro with a patch...lol
