Malachai called here this morning at 9:30am cdt, they had their baby!

I missed the call, was taking the kids to Frys, just got home, hes supposed to call in about 40 min with details, so watch for that update asap.

Elizabeth DeLaine, born at 9:29am est ...19.5 " long, 6 lb 6 oz, C section, mom and baby doing fine!

Misspell on the middle name there, it's Elizabeth DeLaine, but all is well thus far. Thanks to all for the kind words, we'll be released from the hospital on Tuesday probably, so long as nothing goes wrong. It may be a week before I'm really back though.

So I guess I'm a daddy now...had a fun last two days so far, and the days get longer and longer...

I think I've slept a total of 4 hours out of the last 72...

Anyway, I'll post when I get back.

I think if you go to BABIES R US and talk to a cashier, you can Buy "Sleep through the Night" up to 30 points, then you just have to work it from there.

Well, we're one of the last of the post-deployment baby boom in my unit, we've had probably 20 new babies from guys/ladies in my unit in the last three months.
