People's Army of Sonoma

It was an unusually warm, gloriously sunny day in March when three PAS set off to the Faire being held in the town of Tampa. As the day was marvelous the crowd was plentiful. There was much merriment, bustling shops and plenty of mead flowing. Harkening to the call of a small band of minstrels Chalnoth, Violet and Cerberus D took seats close to a stage under a large shady Oak. As the crowd swelled, the troop set into a tale, and to our joint surprise Cerberus was selected from among the crowd and wisped upon the stage.



Given to his stature, we find that Cerberus is to be designated "Sheriff" and he is presented with garb of the office to which he has been appointed!



The tale unfolds and we learn that the forests of Tampa have been besieged by the infamous robber brigand Robin Hood.



The newly appointed sheriff is armed with a most formidable weapon and is dispatched to the forest of Tampa in search of this nefarious thief and enemy of the realm. *Chalnoth laughing so hard, nearly wets pants*



Given to his prowess with the rainbow sword the sheriff (Cerberus D) quickly dispatches many of the brigand band, captures and jails their notorious leader Robin Hood. *note the guy in "jail"



And now our tale takes an unexpected turn. Smitten with the hoodlum's consort, the capricious Maid Marion, Cerberus falls to his knees and proposes marriage on the spot. *Violet and Chalnoth rolling with laughter*



But now there is treachery afoot! The wench seizes the rainbow sword and rebuffs the noble advances of the sheriff. Alas, his feelings of amour' are not returned in kind. *the assembled crowd is saddened and hushed...snicker...yeah right*

But wait....enter our merry Minstrels....

......And what's this?

......another bride?

....Oh no, not the marshmallow musket wielding PIRATE! *the crowd roars with laughter*
And of course they lived HAPPILY EVER AFTER

Must say I needed that laugh! Those pictures are priceless Chalnoth. Wish I had been there! As funny as the pics are can't imagine what it must have been like to really see it.
