Ok... I got my GM Golem and my 100% Poison Wep.

I go outside of town with my non-guilded char.

I say All Guard Me, and I attack my Golem.

I go out of war mode and we keep swinging at each other. The golem is highlighted blue to me.

But, I am not gaining any skill and I am at 74.8

What am I doing wrong? Help!

I think you need to be at least 80 in a weapon skill to gain off a golem. So go kill earth eles for an hour or two and you should be over 80 I think.

You have to be guilded for it to work. 70 Weapon skill is the minimum you need to golem train.

70 is the minimum, 75, is better, 80 is best.

If, after you get guilded, you still have issues getting it to work out for ya, put on a piece of jewelry to raise your skill up a little bit.

Thanks for the input. Now I just have to get my char guilded.
