Interesting reading about Stygian Abyss

I read that and thought ... hmm that wasnt the old Ultima name (Underground) ... and sure enough it wasnt. I still have those old Ultima games, and I went and read it "Ultima Underworld" .. I wonder if they cant use Underworld because someone else trademarked that for the series of current movies?

Just odd ... might just be a noob that never played Ultima and wrote what he thought he heard some old guy say hehe.
