The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Our "Known World" consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which feature tournaments, royal courts, feasts, dancing, various classes & workshops, and more.”

here is the link to the website

http://www.sca.org/

basically its where you relive and participate in one form or fashion of the history of medieval times

FYI for anyone who wants to come to the real life wedding of Aburame Shino and Brianna...we are currently planning a Renaissance themed wedding so break out that garb and come one come all...lol

Shigeru and I are SCAdians in the Kingdom of Atenveldt, so we'll be at Estrella it's practically in our backyard! If anyone needs picked up from the airport, let us know!!

And for you Okies, we'll be living in Oklahoma for June and July, going to Calontir for Lilies War and we are wanting to play while we are in OK -we'll be close to Stillwater.

Yas had to undergo emergancy surgury today to have a infection drained. There is no way she will be recovered in time for the war.
