Mongers Can't Find My Ship

So is anyone else having a problem with the Fish Mongers saying they can't find your ship even though it is nearly sitting on top of them? I made certain my Fisher was on his own ship (of course he is....he's only been fishing off of it and doing the orders just fine for weeks) and I haven't been able to do orders since the last patch. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks, Violet. This is a new bug since the last update/publish (whatever it was.) Since this post, I have read many people's posts on Stratics about it. One semi-work-around for it is to take a small boat with you and when you park your large ship by the Fish Monger, hop off the ship and place the small boat nearby (you can do this because the program no longer recognizes that you have a ship.) Then double-click the Fish Monger and your order will turn in. Sadly, you cannot get another order except a tiny one on the small boat. I've tried several different ways and, so far, nothing works to get a new quest. Someone thought that you can deliver all of the orders in your ship's hold (or cancel the quests....which you really don't want to do after working your level up), then empty the hold of everything and dry-dock the ship. Place the ship again and stay within the server that you are in and sail to all of the Fish Mongers in that same server area. Supposedly, you can get the orders in that server before you cross the server line. Some people think crossing the server line is what causes the program to not recognize you have a ship any longer. I haven't tried it yet but I am getting ready to. I have to drop off an order to Papua first. I must be warped or something.....I actually like fishing. lol

I almost forgot to mention that some people have also found that, after a long and expensive Pirate battle (saltpeter is now around 400 each!), when they went to bind the Head Pirate they got the "can't find your ship" message and it was all for naught.

I haven't checked yet today so I am hoping they fixed this issue overnight.

Today Sunday I am turning in quest at the monger with no problems fyi...
getting bait, fishing poles and lava traps but you know I think their is just a few of us that thinking fishing is fun..
I find it relaxing and I can do it by myself... maybe I will run into you out in the the water sometime... hehehe
still looking for my 120 fishing scroll I have up to 115 now. keeping smiling and keep turning quest in.

Well, Moonglow's Fish Monger said I just got a new order and I was a happy camper..........until I boarded my ship and it wasn't there. I forgot I still have a small boat in the water near the Emporium and, yup, that is where the order went. Now to go fill that one, dry dock the boat and hit Moonglow again....

Nope....still doesn't work.

I emptied out the cargo hold and dry docked my ship and logged out. I then put it back into the water. So far everything has been working correctly again except the Fish Mongers are once again just giving me one-item orders. *sigh*

At least I can get back to my new-found passion.
