UPDATED out of 67 characters this is what I have found.
I compiled a short list of the 2014 Easter Bunnies that I know. Thanks Thoth for identifying the rare location (King Blackthorns Castle):

BRITIAN 2

DELUCIA 3
HOLY CITY 2

KING BLACKTHORN CASTLE 1
LAKESHIRE 2
MINOC 6
MOONGLOW 1
NEW HAVEN 3
NEW MAGINCA 2

PAPUA 5
ROYAL CITY 4
SERPENT HOLD 3
TRINSIC 3
UMBRA 2
VESPER 2
WIND 5
YEW 4
ZENTO 2

If other have different locations please feel free to post. I will update this list as I go thru the different shards.

It looks like King Blackthorn's Castle is the only rare one.
I took inventory of every shard on my three accounts, and here are the results from a total of 523 bunnies.
