Hail to all PAS brothers and sisters. I have had a rough half decade IRL and gave up my place in Sonoma back in 2010. Recently life has taken a turn for the better though I find myself irritated with things like "minimum hardware requirements" and "Microsoft no longer supports XP". I don't want a new computer, or to jump on the bandwagon of some of these new MMOs. I miss my temple in Xento. I miss events and all the fun I had in game. I am fighting with broadsword to get my account re-opened right now. So I guess this is just a foreshadow. I, the crazy samurai Viking paladin may return soon and I will rejoin PAS when I do... Hail to King David (I finally remembered my login after days of being locked out so disregard the messages)

And welcome home! Stick to the good fight with EA and Mythic...Peeps have had some success with getting back accounts after reaching tier two or three support. Jump into Vent and we may have some hints for getting your acct activated. Always a pleasure having folks return to PAS.

They have won. I fought and fought but the bastards are keeping me from re-activating because I don't know the "Secret Word" (supposedly my mother's maiden name which I think I should know) I created nearly 8 years ago. I have been through all of the options broadsword allowed me. Even sent them verification with photo ID. FML Sorry folks in PAS... I decided to rebuild my computer after all. Once my rig is sufficient I will be journeying to a new land.

well, that's a bummer! Don't let them win *grins* PAS>Mythic.

But remember we have tons of stuff, and building chars are easier today than in the old days. We have PAS members that can build the perfect suits for your characters (at no cost of course), and there are a lot of cool weapons that can be made or donated at no cost.

Jewelry is also easy to obtain (all free).

I have an entire keep full of jewelry, armor and weapons to donate to others.

I also have tons of alacrity scrolls that will make skill gains go very quickly, and tons of 120 power scrolls.

I built a stealth archer on one of my accounts in 3 days (with 5 x 120 skills).

If you decide to try UO from scratch, post on the forums or meet us ingame at NJ bank fel at 8pm cdt for events and we will pitch in and help you get those skills up asap.
